The Story

Willy and Curly are at the boating pond racing their toys boats. Then Bully Brown comes along with his radio controlled boat and rams into Willy and Curly's boats. The Wellies spring to the rescue. Lefty extends into the water and changes into a whale. He blows water through his spout and sends Bully Brown's boat into a nearby tree!

Unless the other two boats were sunk after being rammed, they vanish from the pond after three frames.
