The Story

It's nearly Christmas and Walt's winding up his Dad. He starts off by making fun of his Dad's weight saying that he's already full of Christmas cheer. He then teases that there'll be a hat and scarf set from Auntie Millie again this year that Dad will have to display at the Christmas party.

Walt then says he doesn't want any of Dad's conjouring tricks at the party, but Dad says he tells jokes. Walt teases that everyone disappears like magic when he does. He also advises to try and remember where he hides Mum's Christmas present this year.

But then Mum comes in asking what all the talk of presents and parties is all about. She says they couldn't afford them. This gives Walt a shock, but on Christmas day he discovers he has got presents after all.
